3. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery will be ensured within 4-7 working days through a third-party service provider.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and calculated as working days. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Force majeure events (e.g., political unrest, national/public holidays, or other official holidays).

4. Return Policy

You may return any product at the time of delivery under the following conditions:

4.1 Eligible for Return

  • If the product is found damaged during delivery.
  • Returns must be handed over to the delivery person immediately after inspecting the parcel.

4.2 Not Eligible for Return

  • Products with tampered or missing serial/tracking numbers.
  • Products returned without seller packaging or accessories, including the box.

4.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests will be processed under the following conditions:

  1. If a user cancels a paid order within 24 hours of confirming the product.
